My Italian grandmother always spoke about the importance of accessories. She said "shoes, belts and a handbag will make or break the outfit. You can wear the fanciest, most expensive suit but if your belt and shoes don't shine then you won't either". And it couldn't be further from the truth. 12 years now as the Creative Director and Designer at Shirt Studio Corporate, I have seen first-hand the impact quality accessories can have. From shoes to belts and additional accessories such as ties and scarves! It does add something special.

Early this year I consciously set out to focus on the road ahead rather than sitting down to my usual session of goal setting. I had a realisation that every time we set a goal, we try to do it, we plan for it and predict how long it will take, even though we have no idea what circumstances will pop up along the way. And if we don't achieve it within the set timeframe, we think we've failed and we put happiness and success off until we've achieved our goal.
