How did we get here so fast? For many, Monday morning brings up feelings of anxiety and disappointment. Even if we love our job, the wind down from an incredible weekend coupled with the beginning of five day working week can be overwhelming. For as long as I can remember, Monday has always been my favourite day of the week, and still is. Call me crazy, but there is something exciting about a new week.
