Our Promise
At Shirt Studio, we promise you will receive exactly what you have ordered and the product will be to the highest standard. If you are unsure of the quality you see online please contact us directly to receive a physical swatch of your chosen fabric to ensure the texture and colour is to your liking. That way you can have confidence that your uniform order is fulfilling on all your needs.
Returns
As our products are made to order according to your specifications we are unable to accept returns if you have simply changed your mind or made a mistake – therefore we stress the importance of making sure the sizes, style options and fabrics you select are correct. Our consultants are here to assist you in making the right choices so please contact us as many times as necessary to confirm all details of your order before finalising the order online. You will not be eligible for a refund or replacement:
- where errors occur from ordering the wrong sizes you may have entered on the internet;
- where errors occur from ordering the wrong fabric or shirt features;
- for defects that are the result of ordinary wear and tear or abnormal use; or
- if you have changed your mind
Worried about sizing?
This is a valid concern. Due to the customisation of our product we are unable to refund you if the size you order is incorrect. Our size guide is thorough, however if you require a personal fitting please contact us directly on 1300 035 919 to discuss our fitting services.
Faulty Items
Should you receive a faulty item we do ask that all faulty/incorrect items are returned to us for a quality inspection, to ensure those rare problems don't occur again.
Where possible we will repair faulty items. Alternatively we will replace the item for you.
