Do you have a catalogue?
Our catalogue (available for download on our site) is unique and designed as a look book as opposed to an order catalogue. Designed to showcase the styles and fabrics available, the catalogue will give you an understanding of what is possible. The best way to view out entire range is to arrange a FREE consultation.
What is the process of ordering uniforms?
For new clients we strongly recommend the process begins with a FREE consultation to discuss your uniform needs.
With our in-house design team we create sketches with visual concepts of your uniform and showcase our fabric range to work with your needs.
Once a uniform design and fabric has been approved we proceed directly into production. We offer every client an opportunity to have team members fitted, ensuring everyone selects the right size and fit for them.
Once we have your design in our system placing additional orders is as easy as completing an online form with all your individual specifications and requirements.
How long does it take to get a uniform made?
Once we have the design and quote approved our delivery is six weeks.
How do we know our size?
We give all our clients an option of a personalised fitting. We set a time where a consultant visits your place of work and staff have an opportunity to try on a garment in their correct size and style and discuss any concerns with us.
We also have a size chart and guidelines available for those that want to choose their size and fit that way.
How many styles of shirts are there?
For men and women we offer two fits. A relaxed version and a fitted version. These fits cover the full spectrum of sizes for both men and women.
We have people of all different shapes and sizes? How do you accommodate for this?
Through our personalised fitting approach we work with each staff member to ascertain the best size and fit for them. Our size range is extensive and our fits cover most body shapes and sizes. In addition our products are made to order which means we can make adjustments to standard fits such as adding length, increasing or decreasing waist sizes, etc.
Where are you based?
We are Brisbane based with a national reach. Our Consultants are in major capital cities every second week meeting with new and existing clients.
What are the costs of the uniforms?
As our approach is customised, so is our pricing. Pricing depends on quantity, styles and fabrics chosen. To find out more please contact us to discuss your needs and obtain a obligation free quote.
